Our Process

We aim for your first call to our showroom to the completion of your kitchen to be as seamless as possible. Below is a general outline of our process and what to expect.

Step 1

Call Us

Call the office to book an appointment with a member of our team.

Step 2

Home Visit

One of our designers will come to your home to discuss requirements and take measurements.

Step 3

Virtual Designs

Another appointment will be made for you to come into our showroom to view your virtual designs, make any changes and discuss the price.

Step 4

Pay a Deposit

If you are happy, a deposit of £500 will be taken and a start date will be arranged.

Step 5

Payment Schedule

A payment schedule, invoices and an A3 plan will be sent directly to you.

Step 6

Aftersales

We offer a full aftersales service to help after the handover has been made. Simply give us a call!
